Lexi Rodriguez is one of the brightest stars in collegiate athletics, recently making history as the 95th recipient of the AAU James E. Sullivan Award—an honor recognizing the nation’s most outstanding amateur athlete. With this prestigious achievement, Lexi becomes the first-ever Nebraska Volleyball player and only the third volleyball player in history to receive the Sullivan Award, placing her among legendary past winners like Simone Biles, Michael Phelps, and Peyton Manning.

Known for her electric play and leadership as a libero for Nebraska Volleyball, Lexi has earned national admiration for both her athletic dominance and her unwavering character. She was also recently named a LOVB Icon, a title awarded through a unique blend of fan, athlete, and coach voting—showcasing Lexi’s universal respect across the sport.

Whether she’s making jaw-dropping saves on the court or mentoring future leaders off of it, Lexi Rodriguez is more than a standout athlete—she’s a game-changer shaping the future of volleyball.

Zoe Fleck, now known as Zoe Jarvis, is a distinguished American professional volleyball libero whose journey from a determined youth athlete to a celebrated champion epitomizes resilience and dedication. Her father, David Fleck, an All-American diver for UCLA, undoubtedly influenced her athletic pursuits. Zoe’s passion for volleyball ignited at just nine years old, setting the stage for a remarkable career.

During her tenure at Sierra Canyon School in Chatsworth, California, Zoe’s exceptional talent as a libero became evident. She led her team to four consecutive Gold Coast League championships and was instrumental in securing the school’s first CIF Southern Section title in 2016. Her high school career culminated in defending the CIF title and clinching the 2017 CIF State Division II Championship, marking Sierra Canyon’s inaugural state volleyball title.

Zoe’s collegiate journey began at UC Santa Barbara in 2018, where she steadily honed her skills. Seeking greater challenges, she transferred to UCLA where she was twice named the Pac-12 Libero of the Year and earned AVCA All-American honors.In 2022, Zoe joined the University of Texas at Austin, a move that proved pivotal. As the starting libero, she averaged 4.42 digs per set and played a crucial role in leading the Texas Longhorns to the NCAA Championship title. Her outstanding performance earned her First Team All-American honors, solidifying her reputation as one of the nation’s elite liberos.

Transitioning to the professional arena, Zoe signed with USC Münster in Germany for the 2023–2024 season. Her international experience expanded as she represented the United States national team, securing a bronze medal at the 2023 Pan-American Volleyball Cup and a gold medal at the 2023 NORCECA Pan American Cup Final Six. In 2025, she returned to the U.S. to play for LOVB Austin, continuing to showcase her exceptional defensive skills on home soil.

Beyond the court, Zoe is an entrepreneur and advocate. In 2021, she founded All Out Volleyball, aiming to share the techniques and insights she developed throughout her journey from a mid-major walk-on to a national champion. Her commitment to the sport extends to mentoring aspiring athletes, emphasizing perseverance and self-belief.
