Katharine Berkoff is an American swimmer and two-time Olympic medalist. The daughter of Olympian David Berkoff, she grew up in Missoula, Montana, and attended Hellgate High School before competing at North Carolina State University.

Berkoff’s early success included medals at the 2018 Junior Pan Pacific Championships and the 2019 Summer Universiade, where she won gold in the 100m backstroke. She continued her dominance at the NCAA level, winning multiple national titles and breaking records.

Internationally, she has won numerous medals at both the Short Course and Long Course World Championships. In 2022, she broke the American record in the 50m backstroke and secured silver at the World Championships. In 2023, she added a gold in the 4×100m medley relay and multiple individual medals at the World Championships and U.S. Nationals.

Most recently, Berkoff won gold in the 50m backstroke, once again breaking the American record—a testament to her sprint dominance and relentless drive. Her performances continue to establish her as one of the most electrifying backstrokers in the world.

 Lexie Adzija (@lexie.adzija with 153,200 total followers) is a Boston based hockey pro and social media star who has been known for a few things since she was young: being super athletic, having a love for the camera.

Until choosing to pursue hockey, Lexie participated in various sports continuing to develop her techniques and passions. Quickly after deciding that she wanted to focus on her hockey career, she earned a spot on the U18 Canada team where she won Bronze at the world championships, and then on the U22 Canada team resulting in a full ride scholarship to Quinnipiac University. Lexie played for the Quinnipiac team for the entirety of her college experience and was named assistant captain in 2021 followed by captain in 2022. Lexie is now based in Boston, and a part of the Senior National Program for team Canada, as well as a professional hockey player in the Professional Women’s Hockey League Boston. 

Growing up being a female in hockey who has often been described as “too”  muscular,  she frequently battled with comments such as this and decided she wanted to model. In 2022 she  began modeling for small brands and is continuously trying to break down barriers and stereotypes showing young girls that it is okay to have muscle and that you can still be a fierce competitor and girly too. 

Outside of hockey and modeling Lexie enjoys activities such as snowboarding and skiing, pickleball, tennis, running and anything that allows her to get active. She has a passion for helping and working with others, especially young kids, and the elderly. Through her 5 years of university, she frequently volunteered at old age homes and elementary schools and had 1 virtual internship with a non-profit in Uganda where she taught them various platforms to improve their business. Lexie has faced serious injuries, a run in with a tumor and cancer at a young age and a mountain of adversity that has shaped her into the resilient person she is today. These challenges are why she approaches everyday with a smile, counts her blessings and tries to have a positive impact on every person that she meets.

We like to call her the female Shaq because she still has the physique of a 20 year old athlete in her 50’s.

Professional Surfer Anastasia Ashley started surfing as a full-time pro after she obtained her high school degree. Achievements such as the 2003 Triple Crown Rookie of the Year award, winning the Professional Surfing Tour of America championship at the age of 16, and winning two National Scholastic Surfing Association Championships made putting college on hold an easy decision for the young surfing sensation.

But in August of 2008, her world would soon turn upside down when her mother lost a 3 year battle against Lou Gehrig’s disease. This athlete influencer turned to surfing to cope and opened up about her loss on a 2010 episode of MTV’s “World of Jenks,” a docu-series devoted to exploring lifestyles, views and careers of different people from different walks of life. The episode followed the 5’8 talent as she prepared for the US Open of Surfing. Following her MTV debut, Anastasia would then go on winning the world-famous Pipeline Women’s Pro Short Board championship in Hawaii, which was her biggest title to date.

Anastasia was previously on the women’s world tour of surfing and is focused on exploring her hometown waves of Hawaii and California with her eye ultimately on one of the most gutsy challenges a surfer can undertake. She is a popular influencer and model, as she is constantly building her brand on social media.
