Lacie Saltzmann is a rising sophomore gymnast at the University of Minnesota pursuing dual degrees in biomedical engineering and psychology. A member of the Golden Gophers’ historic 2025–26 team, Saltzmann helped Minnesota become just the seventh team to advance to the NCAA Championships and the first in program history to reach the Final Four.

As a freshman, she competed regularly on bars and floor, earning First Team NCAA All-American honors on floor after posting a career-best 9.9625 at the NCAA Championships. She also recorded a 9.925 on floor at Senior Night and was named Big Ten Freshman of the Week after securing a bars title and career-high scores on both events.

Prior to Minnesota, Saltzmann competed as an elite gymnast from 2022–24, highlighted by a third-place finish on beam and an eighth-place all-around finish at the 2023 U.S. Championships. She represented Team USA at the 2024 Maccabi Pan American Games, helping the junior women’s team win gold while capturing individual titles in the all-around, bars, and floor. As a Level 10 gymnast, she also competed at the Nastia Liukin Cup and earned bronze medals on bars and beam at Nationals.

Originally from Charlotte, North Carolina, Saltzmann moved to Texas in middle school to pursue elite gymnastics. She chose the University of Minnesota for its values-driven culture, strong academic reputation, and welcoming Jewish community.

Beyond athletics, Saltzmann excels in the classroom as an AP Scholar with Distinction, National Scholar, and Benson Scholar. She earned a 4.0 GPA in high school and was named to the College of Science and Engineering Dean’s List during her first semester at Minnesota. She also serves as a Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) representative, participates in team leadership initiatives, mentors younger athletes through Athlete-to-Athlete, and volunteers with organizations including Feed My Starving Children and Special Olympics.

Outside the gym, Saltzmann enjoys baking, crafting, cooking, and traveling. She is known among teammates for creating homemade cupcakes, macarons, and decorated cookies for recruits and special occasions. Having traveled to more than 35 countries, she values opportunities to connect with new cultures while spending time with family and friends.

Manaia Ogbechie is a student-athlete at the University of Nebraska. She competes on a full scholarship for the Nebraska women’s volleyball team. She is also a member of the USA U19 National Team, where she earned a gold medal and MVP honors at the 2024 NORCECA Continental Games, helping qualify Team USA for the 2025 World Championship.

Manaia is a dedicated leader on and off the court. She excels in sports and academics. She is majoring in Management and Marketing. Manaia also takes part in the University Honors Program.

Of Samoan Pacific-Islander and Nigerian heritage, she is committed to representing excellence within her communities and inspiring younger generations to pursue their goals with confidence and determination.

Manaia grew up involved in church. This helped her develop a strong commitment to service and community. These values still guide her today. Her faith as a non-denominational Christian plays an important role in her character, relationships, and approach to leadership.

Manaia is passionate about youth education and athletics, spending time outdoors, and living a balanced lifestyle. She enjoys traveling, having visited 15 countries and 35 states. She also enjoys activities such as hiking, biking, exploring, and spending time at the beach.

She is deeply influenced by her family’s athletic legacy and commitment to excellence. Manaia uses sports as a platform for leadership, community impact, and personal brand building. She strives to be a positive role model for her four younger siblings and her broader community. She is preparing for a future at the intersection of sports, business, and leadership.

CaMarah Williams is an elite American artistic gymnast and NCAA freshman for the University of Georgia GymDogs. Growing up in Kansas City, Missouri, she began gymnastics at age six. Williams rose through the elite and Women’s Development Program ranks. She competed at national championships and premier events including the Nastia Liukin Cup, Winter Cup, and U.S. Championships.

A five-star recruit, Williams joined Georgia as a highly touted early enrollee and immediate contributor.

During her freshman season of collegiate gymnastics, Georgia climbed into the top five nationally. They earned the number one national ranking on floor exercise. Williams recorded a season-high 9.950 on floor with multiple 9.90+ performances. She ranks among the top freshman floor scorers in the SEC.

Williams trains with confidence, power, and consistency. People know her for her strong presence on floor and vault.

Williams is pursuing a degree in Human development and Family Science. She also continues to grow a strong social media presence.

Khat Bell is a professional volleyball player, currently playing for LOVB Austin in LOVB Pro. She was formerly a Texas Longhorns standout player. Khat is a three-time All-American, four-time Big 12 Champion, and member of the U.S. National Youth and University teams.

At the University of Texas at Austin, she helped lead the Longhorns to the 2012 NCAA National Championship. She earned COBRA Magazine Defensive Player of the Year honors.

She has played in six countries during her nine-year professional career, including for the Pro Volleyball Federation in 2024. She’s been named V-League (South Korea) MVP and Best Blocker, Philippine Superliga Best Outside Spiker, and won the Superliga championship twice.

Beyond the court, Khat offers a strong platform in women’s sports, media, and content creation. She has appeared in Netflix’s The Circle, and engaged with fans across social media. She brings both personality and performance across her social media accounts.

She continues to be a voice for athlete excellence. She brings her competitive fire, leadership, and global experience to every team she joins. For Khat Bell, volleyball is more than a game—it’s a vehicle for impact, connection, and empowerment.
