Mila Brach is a Division I soccer student-athlete at the University of Nebraska, where she balances the demands of collegiate athletics with her academic pursuits in Human Development and Family Science. Originally from Los Angeles, California, Mila grew up in a family of five alongside her older brother and younger sister. As the first member of her family to earn the opportunity to compete at the Division I level, she takes great pride in paving the way for future generations and serving as a role model for young athletes.
A dedicated student-athlete, Mila has earned recognition on the academic honor roll while competing at one of the highest levels of collegiate soccer. Her experiences in athletics have strengthened her leadership, resilience, and teamwork skills, qualities that extend beyond the field and into her academic and personal life.
Mila is a dual citizen of the United States and Canada and is currently in the process of obtaining Polish citizenship, reflecting her strong connection to her family’s international roots. Her global perspective has fueled a passion for travel and learning about different cultures, and she enjoys exploring new places whenever she has the opportunity.
Driven by a desire to make a meaningful impact, Mila is pursuing a degree in Human Development and Family Science with aspirations of working with and supporting children after her soccer career. She is passionate about giving back to her community and enjoys volunteering with programs that positively influence young people and help them reach their full potential.
Outside of soccer and academics, Mila enjoys staying active through fitness, spending time outdoors, baking, painting, and drawing. Whether she’s creating art, traveling, or mentoring young people, she values opportunities to express her creativity, build meaningful connections, and inspire others through both her athletic journey and personal passions.
